SHUJAA KIDS Every Saturday – Building Strength, Confidence & Fun!
Shujaa Kids is here every Saturday from 3:00–4:00 PM at Empowered Minds Learning Center! This exciting obstacle course program helps children stay active, build confidence, and develop leadership and teamwork skills—all while having fun. Come and let your child become a true Shujaa (warrior)!
We are thrilled to announce that Shujaa Kids is now a regular part of our school community! Every Saturday from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, our students take part in this exciting and empowering Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) program designed just for kids.
Shujaa Kids brings a unique blend of fitness, fun, and life skills through engaging activities that challenge both the body and the mind. Through structured obstacle courses, children develop:
Physical strength and agility
Confidence and resilience
Teamwork and communication skills
Focus and problem-solving abilities
This energetic program encourages kids to step out of their comfort zones and become true "shujaas"—the Swahili word for warriors!
Whether it’s crawling, jumping, climbing, or balancing, every session is full of movement, motivation, and positive energy. It's not just about physical activity—it's about character building and having fun in a safe, supportive environment.
Parents are welcome to come cheer on their little warriors and witness the joy and determination on their faces. We’re proud to host this program and look forward to seeing even more students take part.
